CAPI Relay is software-as-a-service for Shopify merchants and agencies. It installs a Shopify Web Pixel and forwards conversion events (ViewContent, AddToCart, Purchase, and related events) to Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads server-side (Conversions API / equivalent).
You configure your own ad-platform credentials. We do not run ads for you and we do not sell consulting hours as part of the subscription — the product is self-serve software.

Solo stores (billed via Shopify Billing)
One Shopify install = one store. Subscriptions renew every 30 days and may include a free trial shown at checkout. Cancel anytime in Shopify Admin or the app.
Agency (billed via Paddle)
Our Agency order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for Agency orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Send credit packs
Optional top-ups if you exhaust included sends before renewal: $2 / 100k, $5 / 300k, $15 / 1M. Credits expire on the next billing date and do not roll over.
A "send" is one successful delivery to Meta, TikTok, or Google. Connecting all three platforms means one purchase can use up to 3 sends.
